Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bureaucratic behavior and organizational culture on the performance of STAI Lecturer Al Amin Gersik Kediri. This research uses associative research method. The sample in this study was a lecturer at STAI Al Amin Gersik Kediri, totaling 25 people in 2022. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study conclude that bureaucratic behavior and organizational culture affect the performance of STAI lecturers Al Amin Gersik Kediri
